TRACKING AND VISUAL DIAGNOSIS Saturdays March 25, April 8, April 22 11:00 to 2:30
Hispanic healers had to use visual and other clues to determine what a client might be suffering from. In these days those skills have fallen by the wayside because current medicine can use labs, MRIs, X-rays, and other 21st century wonders. This is wonderful accept for the cost. For low income persons and marginalized people these medical wonders are cost prohibitive. Under California law alternative medical practitioners cannot diagnose or treat. But as my own doctor said, “How can you not??!!” This course will only teach you folklore and old world ways of diagnosis. It is not an encouragement to use it. The training involves outdoor tracking techniques as taught by Tom Brown jr. Once your eye is attuned to seeing the un-seen, the skill will be turned onto the human body. Cracks in the skin near the eyelids, oily and dry patches near the cheeks, bruises, flaps of skin near the nails, color of urine, the shape of stools, the swelling of feet can all be clues to illness or injury. Due to the need of sunlight this course will be during the day. This course will include some medicine making. Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Bring a lunch Three sessions. $210 in two payments.
