Traditional Herbs for the Halloween Season

Many cultures throughout the world have the equivalent of HALLOWEEN. That time when the

veil between the living and the dead becomes thin. For some, it is a time to remember and honor

our ancestors. For others it is a time to lock the doors, seal with windows with salt, and hang garlic

around ones neck. In Hispanic culture we do both. Herbs allow us to celebrate those who have

gone before us and protect us from malevolent influences. Come join us for hot chocolate, pan dulce,

and a Soul Cake or two. This has been a popular topic and class for almost twenty years.

Class begins at 7pm sharp.

Cost $50

Taught at 2801 Lincoln Avenue, Richmond CA. 94804
